Ash is eager to battle Tapu Fini, the guardian deity of Poni Island, so rushes to the Ruins of Hope. However, when Tapu Fini doesn't appear, Ash & Kiawe decide to battle to pass the time and summon it. However, Tapu Fini is angered by this and traps Ash.
