In this edition, Jamie Oliver makes a cannelloni traybake stuffed full of mushrooms and layered between a bed of wilted spinach and oozy cheese - a meat-free meal the whole family will enjoy. The chef then prepares juicy prawn kebabs with roasted peppers and chunky bread, all marinated in garlic and lemon - the perfect dish for a family meal or for a crowd. And with a few little helping hands from his boys, Jamie makes the simplest rocky road dessert. It might be an occasional treat, but it can still get some of the good stuff in.
