would rather abc cancel carpoolers(not much of a comedy jokes r just plain lame
if u really want to watch watch big bang theory) and wmc(to many of this kinda
"cop" shows running around its just plain dull) and revive big shots a witty,
sexy and fun filled show. big shots has a great cast too. so if u want a gd
laugh and show filled with action n suspense watch big shots!!!!

save terminator!

its a great show, and far better than the crap that was terminator 3.

we arent likely to see any more movies, and this tv show is great.

terminator 4 is already in production mussels it will be out in 2009.

and by your logic blackstar we very may well see lost, heroes, prison break and
many other programs canceled considering they have all ben bought by uk cable
and satellite providers

*** friday night lights *** must remain! out of all the shows on the bubble,
that's the one that most deserves to stay, by _far_.

as for the rest:

terminator: the full-lipped, soft-spoken, green-eyed lena headey is
overqualified for the role and a total milf to boot, but i can already see signs
of the struggle to remain relevant and interesting. pity.

the unit: i have no idea what the overall arc of this series is, but i like the
way each episode stands on its own - which means i wouldn't miss it too much if
it got canned.

moonlight: apart from the gorgeous vintage mercedes driven by the lead, this
show wasn't going anywhere. if they could step up the vampire lore and keep the
fighting to a minimum, it should have some traction.

women's murder club: every time i watched this, i kept wishing i was watching
'criminal minds' instead.

men in trees, october road: i don't think i could ever like these shows, even if
i had a vagina.

cane: good riddance. trying too hard to be 'dallas'.

shark: was james woods supposed to the house of lawyering? this 2nd season has
sucked so hard, i wish it had been cancelled after the 1st.

all the 30-min comedies: dunno, i've graduated to long-form shows like jpod. i
still watch 'old christine', though.

my 2 cents.

hehe.. october road ftw =p

cancelling the unit just seems stupid. it's one of the best shows out there. i
like october road as a feel good show. and who hates to see woods kick ass in
his own way on shark?

yeah save terminator! that show is excellent, and actually does the terminator
story justice. don't replace it with another shitty reality show or some
garbage like that... i'll cut my cable!

well actually in the uk lost and prison break were on broadcast before they
were shanghied by sky but still there is a long tradition of shows being
bought from the us, primarily by itv, and swiftly cancelled, and now they've
bought dexter...:)

bring back big shots...lots of fun great story line no blood and guts, huge sex
scenes or filthy language, just a show that is entertaining and shows good
quality writing. why have the executives decided to cull all of these quality
shows (lots more in the wing) in the middle of the writers strike turmoil when
it is not the norm??? where is their market research information coming from?
everything is so arse up at the moment, they are deciding what needs to be done
in the middle of a television tsunami...
i have spoken to a number of people and the discussion is all the same no-one
knows where they are getting their figures from, it is most certainly not the
general public

i love october road, i definitely want a s3!

generally in the uk, if a show is snagged by sky then it's probably was too big
for c4/bbc1 to hold on to.

if channel 4/e4 picks it up then it's got good demos and tends to last a good
3-4 seasons, and if itv picks it up, you'll end up wishing it hadn't.

that being said, house is shown on channel five which most people can't even get
in the country, and i don't even think those that get it, watch it.

i'm not sure why e4 didn't pick up gossip girl, think they've missed out there,
but it's going to die a death on itv2 that's for sure

well five is available over most of the uk now and it's also home to the csi
franchise, both have been big successes, relatively speaking, for them. also
sky seem to be willing to pay way over the odds for shows that other channels
have built an audience for in the belief that it will bring in new suscribers,
even though all recent experience contradicts this. all it really does is
bring more people to places like eztv!
